THE MAXI-PLAN, MINI-PLAN, AND THE VIRTUAL-ONLY PLAN

WHAT DO I GET IF I SIGN UP FOR THE MAXI-PLAN?

• Communication with Dr. Kilpatrick via email, text, phone, FaceTime, or other virtual platform (communication limited to 8 AM to 8 PM daily)

• These patients usually live within 30 minutes of Concord, Virginia, allowing Dr. Kilpatrick to do home visits if needed

• In-person home visits (when needed) are free 

• In-person complete physical exam (mandatory) at the start of care is free

• In-house labs (when needed) are free

• In-house procedures (when needed) are free

• Most prescriptions can be called into your pharmacy without an actual visit; some situations may require a hands-on visit to confirm findings

• Cost for one person:  $89/month

• Cost for two persons:  $109/month

• Cost for three or more persons (family):  $129/month

• These patients usually live within 30 minutes of Concord, Virginia, allowing Dr. Kilpatrick to do home visits if needed

• In-person home visits (when needed) are $85/visit

• In-person complete physical exam (mandatory) at the start of care is free

• In-house labs (when needed) are free

• In-house procedures (when needed) are free

• Most prescriptions can be called into your pharmacy without an actual visit; some situations may require a hands-on visit to confirm findings

• Cost for one person:  $49/month

• Cost for two persons:  $59/month

• Cost for three or more persons (family):  $69/month

WHAT DO I GET IF I SIGN UP FOR THE VIRTUAL-ONLY PLAN?

• Communication with Dr. Kilpatrick via email, text, phone, FaceTime, or other virtual platform (communication limited to 8 AM to 8 PM daily)

• Virtual review of complete medical history (no exam) at the start of care is free

• Due to these patients living at a considerable distance (more than 30 minutes) from Concord, Virginia, no in-person home visits, in-person complete physical exams, in-house labs, or in-house procedures are provided

• Most prescriptions can be called into your pharmacy without an actual visit; some situations may require a hands-on visit to confirm findings; because Dr. Kilpatrick will not be able to do these confirmation visits,  there may be times that you may need to see a doctor in your local area

• Cost for one person:  $39/month

• Cost for two persons:  $49/month

• Cost for three or more persons (family):  $59/month

UPDATE (August 7, 2025)...Prices listed above are valid through September 30, 2025.  Due to cost increases on my end, most of the cost areas listed above will increase by $10/month and the Mini Plan home visit fee will increase to $95.  Maxi Plan for 1 will stay the same...Maxi Plan for 3+ will increase by $20/month.  The new costs will appear on the website on October 1, 2025.  If you are enrolling in the practice for the first time or if you are re-enrolling before October 1, make sure your payment gets to me prior to this October 1 deadline.  Patients may "pay ahead" to secure current prices and may even "pay ahead" for up to one year of services prior to October 1, but after that, prices do go up.  Thank you for you understanding.
